We encourage you to book an appointment with a JET Benefit Educationist. Simply scroll down on your computer or smartphone and select the “Book It!” Button. During your appointment, you will review all the health benefits mentioned above. You can also take the time to ask any questions specific to your personal situation. Additionally, you will receive guidance on logging into the enrollment system and completing your elections.
To prepare for your enrollment, please have your date of birth and social security number, and any dependent’s information.

Click the link below and select “Forgot?” in the password section.
Enter the email address on file with your employer and follow the prompts to set up your profile and enroll for benefits.
When ready, you can continue through the system until you get to a screen that says, “Congratulations!”
