Welcome! Whether you work for PVR Technologies or StatMinds, it is time to get ready for benefit enrollment!
We are happy to be offering the Short Term Disability, Life and AD&D, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Accident, and Critical Illness insurance benefits for all of our employees.
We encourage you to book an appointment with a JET Benefit Educationist. Simply scroll down on your computer or smartphone and select the “Book It!” Button. During your appointment, you will review all the benefits mentioned above. You can also take the time to ask any questions specific to your situation. Lastly, you will receive guidance on logging into the enrollment system and completing your elections.
We recommend preparing for enrollment by collecting your dependents’ dates of birth and social security numbers in advance of logging into the system.

STEP TWO: Access your benefit enrollment system
Click the link below and select “Forgot?” in the password section.
Enter the email address on file with your employer and follow the prompts to set up your profile and enroll for benefits.
When ready, you can continue through the system until you get to a screen that says, “Congratulations!”
You can return here to access your account at any time.
