Welcome to IPHI. We are excited about our benefits package as it is designed to help you stay well, both physically, mentally and financially.
The IPHI Benefit Guide will be forwarded via email and can be found in the enrollment system - Rippling. Additional plan documents are imbedded within Rippling, where and when you will need them most. Enrollment is required of all employees – each member must complete Enrollment elections whether they are waiving or enrolling.
We encourage you to schedule an appointment with the team at JET Employee Benefits by clicking the “Book Now” button below. They are dedicated to assisting you with the enrollment process - both benefit options and Rippling support.
JET will provide you with one-on-one, telephonic sessions to assist with benefit elections as well as any necessary technical support within Rippling.

Use the credentials that you usually use to log into Rippling, then find the link to begin your annual enrollment.
If you forgot your password, use the “reset password” feature to create a new one.
If you are unsure of your email address, try your personal email first, then your IPHI email.
